Registration for Digital Home Inventory

Welcome to the Digital Home Inventory registration. We need some basic information to initiate the process of creating and customizing your working copy of this form. Please fill out the following information to get started.

Most of your form will be prepared before our meeting. During our meeting, we will review the form to ensure it meets your requirements. You should expect this to take less than one hour if you do not require any additional customizations. After our meeting, you will receive a link to add the form to your Supermove email templates.

We take this information to go look at your website and try and customize the form colors to match your site if you’d like. If this isn’t something you are interested in please just leave this box blank.
You can find this by going to settings inside of Supermove, and selecting “Integrations”, then clicking on the “API Key” box to copy it to your clipboard. We need this information to import the customer submitted inventories into your Supermove account.

Please be aware that customizations beyond standard color and theme changes, such as additional branding, format alterations, or comprehensive modifications to form content and notification settings, will be charged at an hourly rate of $150.
